Emirates Connect provides a range of telecommunications and internet services, including but not limited to Fibre Optic Internet, High-Speed Wireless Internet, Business Connectivity Solutions, Managed Network Services, VoIP Services, Data Center Connectivity, Cybersecurity Packages, and Cloud Interconnect. Your use of specific services may also be subject to separate service agreements or policies.

3. User Obligations and Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service. Prohibited behaviour includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Emirates Connect immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

You agree not to:

• Transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation.
• Transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Emirates Connect and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Emirates Connect.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Emirates Connect makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of their service, or the information, content, or materials included thereon. You expressly agree that your use of this Service is at your sole risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Emirates Connect, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
